There are as many opinions on this one as there are belly buttons. There are people I respect who say it's valid and those I respect and say it is nonsense. Go figure. The thing that got my attention was so many of the avoid foods for me "O" are foods I never really did do well with, gas etc.
Yet, I eat a plant based diet, botanical fruits only, and O's are supposed to flourish on meat. Frankly, I like to do what ever helps me reach my goals and just keep experimenting, trial and success method. If it is another little tool in the tool box to explore and we learn something from it, why not? It's all good. I think he's into Gnome stuff now and I have a request in to have him on my show.
