to the ppl who posted about a crackdown a week ago

some of you were talking about how you've already taken measures in copying and backing up the curezone website to your own computers in case anything should happen that would make the site unusable.... to us illiterate computer folk.. can anyone please show us how? i would like to save this invaluable info as well (but alas, my computer knowledge is limited) anyone have easy baby steps we can take?
