Scooter, thanks for your response.
But if your reference to "gluten" involves just wheat products, I have already eliminated them, totally, years ago, since I am also a type O.
My only scource of carbohydrates come from rice and beans, and occassionaly, kosher rye bread.
And I rely on green leafy vegetables, broccili and sardines for my calcium.
