'Sounds' like eczema, or Acne rosea, or ringworm. Remember the dermatoligist's creed, 4000 diseases, 2 creams.

I got rid of most of my eczema with apple cider vinegar baths, fresh air and sun. Lots of water and EFAs. Topical Slippery Elm Bark was rarely needed.
