enema

hi, i have a question regarding an enema....i would like to know which enema is most effect in clearing out the gut...is it the oral or anal enema? also...about a crackdown on your website...is it really possible they can do that to you guys?? you have been so helpful to so many people and i hope it doesn't happen!! thanks.
