help my mom!!

my mom, aged 44 this year had her ovaries removed last 3 years. A couple of weeks after the surgery she said that there's pain in her genital part. she had suffered pains for 3 years.. now there's pain in her arm..could it be neuropathy and if yes, under which category? She has diabetes but she's been taking medication regularly. please help !! Tweet
