Now this is interesting...

Dr. Sutter writes....

"The inversion tables you mention is not recommended at all by me. It puts the spine into a prolonged traction which can tear the very ligaments that hold it all together. Did you ever see stretch marks? The spine is supposed to have curves in it. Prolonged use of these traction devises leads to scarring of the disc and immobility of the spine later on."

Can anyone support this statement? Is this just a scare tactics so ppl stop inverting and run to their chiropractors and become their patients for life.

I can speak from my experience. And I am amazed at the benefits of inverting. I can once again digest foods, my appetite has returned, I take no supplements whatsoever. I am feeling I have lot more energy and can get by with less sleep.

But according to Dr. Sutter, I am doing something bad to myself? I wonder why....
