very swollen lymph gland

My husband has developed one very swollen lymph node. He is not currently doing any cleanses. His left node is so swollen that I can actually see it sticking out from about 10 feet away! He does not feel sick at all other than the tender gland. Is it clogged? What should he do? Would dry brushing help? Massage?
