Body odor problems

Alright not sure where to begin here. I have had a long history of Body Odor problems. A long history being five years or more. At leasts thats when I remember it becoming a problem.

Here's the interesting part. I can't even really smell it myself. At times I've just barely caught the slight smell of something skunkish. But I've only really noticed the odor from others reactions. I don't sweat much and I work in a fairly hot environment around boilers and steam equipment.

I have tried many things over the years. All kinds of brands of soap, shampoos, deodorants, antiperspirants, some salt stone things in place of regular deodorants. But in the end nothing works. And here's another interesting part. It all seems to make it that much worse. Deodorant seem to defy logic and increase the smell. Antiperspirants especially do this! I've had people get close to me while wearing antiperspirants and sent them gagging to the floor. I thought it was an allergic reaction to them so I switched a salt stone or crystal deodorant stone. But the smell didn't go away.

After awhile I started to suspect the soap and shampoo I was using was causing it some how. So I've switched countless different brands before settling on using just jonhson's baby shampoo and soap brand items. After doing this the smell has lessened some what but has not gone away.

I've been taking chlorophyll 100mg tablets twice a day and they've surprisingly helped what I'm going to call my regular Body Odor . I don't even use any kind of deodorant or crystal deodorant stone anymore (I stopped using them thinking they were causing an allergic reaction all this time but after two months of not using them nothing has changed). But even still this other kind of bad Body Odor is still hanging around me.

After settling on jonshon's baby shampoo and with the chlorophyll tablets I've got it under control to the point where I can actually go out in public from time to time. When I say I had bad odor before I can't even begin to stress how badly it was. I had been asked to leave restaurants, stores, theaters and my personal favorite was being asked to leave from jury selection. For years I couldn't imagine how I could possibly give off that much odor.

Despite my best efforts at controlling this I'm hitting dead ends. I still don't feel comfortable out in public because of this. I've tried everything I can think of it and nothing has completely got rid of this odor.

I have: tried numerous soap bars, body washes, deodorants, antiperspirants, taking showers using tomato sauce to wash with(it was a crazy idea..), been tested for diabetes (had heard it could cause a certain type of bad breath), been tested for thyroid disorders (again heard it could wreck havoc with your body and cause body odor), have had doctors put me on antihistamines, been to a dermatologist and been told I have atopic eczema but no other explanation for the odor, been to an ears nose and throat specialist to look for any infection that could possibly cause an odor but nothing. All I've been able to do in the last five years is lessen it some what.

At the moment I'm trying to change my diet and look to see if any foods I've been eating regularly have been causing this. But considering how badly the odor has been from others reactions I can't see how a food allergy is causing it so I don't have high hopes I'll be solving this by dropping some certain type of food.

I'm looking for advice on where to go from here. I just don't know what to do next. I had considered maybe it's some type of fungal infection and tried to get a doctor to schedule me for a skin biopsy but he was pretty firm about telling me that I didn't have any symptoms of a fungal infection.
