Re: IRREGULAR PERIODS

I've had the same problems all my life. Although I do not have kids I have had irregular periods all my adult life. I have done some research and it mostly goes back to the fact that the hormone level in inbalance. Some herbal supplements that help are "DonQui", Evening Primrose oil. Also in order to get your hormones in better balance you may have to cleanse your bowels and change your diet. Check out the cleansing forums. They really help. I'm still having irregular periods, but they have gone to skipping a whole month, to the periods coming a little late. Hope this helps. Tweet
