various somewhat minor ailments

hi i already had written about the stomach sensitivity but i have a couple of other problems that i would like to hear advice on from people who believe alternatively from conventional medicine. one problem is that i occasionally get equilibrium imbalance which i am pretty sure is from sinus problems that i get sometimes in the form of sinus pressure on the left of the face and the imbalance is on the left.i am also extremely sensitive to light and not just when i am having sinus problems. i have no pain from light, just very bothered by and live in an apartment where the blindss and curtains are always shut. i do have anxiety problems which i take xanax and prozac for. i see a therapist in reference to this.
