sheesh i swear fasting is the only way i can lose weight, I have tried all the diets, Bodybuilding, hi protein low carb, ketogenic diets, protein shake fasts.. You name it i tried it last year.. never could lose weight so screw it.
Now even though i started today. i am coming off a ketogenic diet ..And I have a ton of celery and salad so i ate some celery also til its all gone. I dont think it will hurt much its just fiber ..no carbs , no calories no nothing might be good ..electrolytes:) who knows.
I'll check in tommorrow and tell you my weight loss. today i had some crystal light, diluted grapefruit juice ..some celery and dr schulze's superfood
