I wish someone would respond to this??

Every time I take the second lot of Salts I just bring it straight back up.... it is the most disgusting taste....tho' I know I don't need to tell anyone that....

Was wondering if there is anything else instead? My naturopath told me to take Milk of Magnesia, but doesn't that have the opposite affect?

By the way, all your help is much appreciated, it is just great to have somewhere to go to ask questions...
