A different topic - wood protection:)

Hi Charlie,

I know you have some experience finishing wood, so I thought I post this question here.

We're building a house and have a fair amount of exposed wood. I'd like to use something simple, natural and not knock-your-sox-off expensive to protect the wood.

Any tips? I'm looking for something to protect our wood framed windows (again, interior) and beams.
