Re: Flaxseed oil - blend, or plain?

As long as you insist on buying this house, do some research on Alkaline pH balance because vinegar is not just safer than chemicals for cleaning, it is healthy for the body. Check
www.alkalizeforhealth.net/usefullinks.htm and
www.alkalizeforhealth.net/usefullinks2.htm
www.alkalizer.com/benefits.html
If there is mold, how's the water supply and pipes? (because the condensation on the pipes is a favorable environment for mold and any leaks or corrosion can allow contamination). Check
thewatergroup.net
http://purewater.com
www.thewolfeclinic.com
Use the search word "vinegar" or "cleaning" and definitely check out "Prill beads" for the water. Consider getting rid of all fabric (curtains, beds), but definitely carpet. Look in the walls for foam insulation that is probably moldy. Depending on your sensitivity and the size of the house, you might want to get a few air ionizers and special filters for the air vents. Clean or discard any lampshades, furniture and upholstery. Check linoleum, if any. Seal everything with non-toxic chemicals and do not neglect the attic, basement, closets and, of course, bathroom (thoroughly). If the previous owner had bad cleaning habits, that suggests bad hygiene habits and you don't know WHAT went into the septic system or what shape it's in.
