Did ya ever notice that you get in the dentist's chair with a tiny little hole in your tooth and get out with the whole surface a filling? Gives credance to it being inside-out to me. Cavities come from toxins in the blood accumulating in the part of the tooth fed by the blood, then the bacteria starts eating the enamel from the inside??? It's something to think about.......
