I can run, and I love it


I've been running for a few months now. I took up running because I was inspired after I read the Gordon Pirie book and found posetech.com. I always thought running looked miserable and terrible, horrible on the joints. After reading up on the subject, and trying it out myself, I've concluded that there is a way to run that helps the body instead of damaging it. I never thought I would run...and here I am, running most days of the week and loving it. It's added a tremendous dimension to my health. And I don't need a rebounder, no fancy equipment, just thin-soled flexible shoes (I would run barefoot if there was somewhere around that wouldn't gross me out). I encourage you to re-consider running. I've heard it's easier to use Dr. Romanov's methods if you don't have years of running the "wrong way" built into your body. It's been pretty easy for me.
