I started getting really bad migrains in my thirties. Learned that feverfew would help. It is not a quick fix that eliminates them. You have to take it every day as a preventive. And it takes about two weeks for it to build up in your system. Then you can eat things and be around perfume without getting one. My preference, however, is to identify the things that trigger them and avoid exposure, as I view my body as a sensory device that warns me when my energy field is being contaminated by things that are unhealthy for me. Now that I know it is xeno-estrogens that cause me to have migraines, I simply avoid foods and chemicals that mock estrogens, and I rarely get them any more, except in the case of accidental exposure. Thanks for the tip on Sepia. I will keep some on hand, just in case.
