You know, that is an excellent question. It can take up to six months to recover from anesthesia!

I would tell you to complete the different cleansings that Dr. Clark suggests. That would help de-toxify your body.

Then I would eat "foods that heal" listed on this website.

I would walk daily, breathe deeply and drink lots of purified water.
