Also, it is very encouraging to hear that you also had IBS and overcame it. Can you describe symptoms etc that you had?

Lastly, I just wanted to ask you something about IF 1. I received it in March 2002. And the bottle has " 020131 " stamped on it. That must be the expiry date! How could they send me something that had already expired. Or am I mistaken about something? It's very bothersome if it has expired because I live about 7000 miles away.
