i live in L.A. and have not noticed that whenever rain is predicted spraying starts and the rain doesn't happen.If some planes leave these trails and others dont it is because they are in different locations. Two planes may appear to be close but are actually at different altitudes.If you want to breath cleaner air , stop worrying about chemtrails and move to Santa Barbara.
