protein for muscles


What is the right protein to pick from if I plan to get into a routine of light weights- to turn my loose skin into lean muscle? Is 30 ( for females)too late an age to start toning body muscles for someone who has always had looses skin? I don't want to buy supplements to the extent i get get anough from natural food.what is the diet I should follow to succeed. I am a vegan.
