This is normal. You are going through a withdrawl, detox, die off, whatever you want to call it. Make sure to drink plenty of water to continue to flush out toxins in the body. Get plenty of rest. Ease up on exercise. You will start to feel better soon. It may even take two weeks, but its worth it. Hope this helps.
