When it  comes to HIV I have no answer as to whether it will ever turn a patient to HIV negative - keep in mind that even if HIV were cured, the HIV antibodies will remain in the body for years and thus trigger positive tests.

What OPC does is reverse HIV symptoms, especially CD4 counts, and restore a person to good health.  Most people take the OPC for a few months and then do not have to take it after that; however, if it were me I would continue to take a lesser amount (perhaps 1/5 the therapeutic dose) indefinitely because it is such a good immune and health booster.
