I'm 5'7" and at my last doctor visit I was 199. My goal weight ultimately would be 145...I'd be happy with 155....and would be okay with anything under 165....lol
Don't know how long I can do this fast simply because I'm travelling on business next week and will be having working lunch/dinner/breakfasts. I can get away with only having juice at breakfast, but must eat SOMETHING at the lunches and dinners, or els it would be wierd.
