Hi fellow fasters. I've been mostly posting on the Water Fast forums but I am fasting to loose weight so thought I'd post my progress on here too. Just starting day 12 of my fast, I'm not finding it too hard, hunger cravings have gone now.
But this weekend I am going to stay with my friend and I don't know how to explain the fact I'm not eating to her! She will deffinatly nag and not approve if I tell her about the fast so I might say I have a stomach bug and thats why I'm not eating.
Anyway, when I weighed myself yesterday I am down to 154 from 170, which is quite fast progress. I've been going to the gym alot too though. Would like to get down to 130 pounds by the time 40 days is up. I'm 5'4 and would be happy at that weight.
