I replied to page 4, Epsom Salt question. Your pharmacist will show you the Epsom Salt grade that can also be taken "internally". It is on the shelf, but should not be confused with the Epsom Salt (pure unofficial grade) that is used for baths and whirlpools. He said the bath epsom salt will get you sick.
