Re: Inversion during mensturation

Its been 18 months since i have had pain. It started with restless leg syndrome and went to become sciatica and now I have the most severe cramp in my thigh. I have had the table for 2 years now but when the pain is too strong, i cannot even get on it and getting off is even more painful.
I use to do lot of yoga and now i can barely lift my hands up to do a sun salutation.I could do some abdominals on the table before but this last year my strength has diminshed a lot. I am 44 years old and need my life back. I cannot live with this debilitating pain for long.
I have tried acupuncture, herbs, liver flushes. enemas, master cleanse, chiropractors and seriously not very strong in the patience department.Right now i am on homeopathy and prayers.:)
