Hi. I posted that photo. I have been told they are nematode egg nests & that's what they are listed as on the Old Amish site.
Personally, I believe they are either intestinal fluke or liver fluke stage as Luz states in her post on Ask Humaworm forum.

I pass these every time I do a ACV enema & I have seen them in every single phase of development, from a small little puff to a filled dark ball to the split, empty husk after whatever was maturing has emerged from the cotton ball.

I have done a Paragone cleanse, 2 Humaworm ones, incl. an extra strength special order batch & one other as well during the past 18 months & yet I am still infested.

I wish once & for all someone could say with total conviction, "This is what they are & this is exactly what will eradicate it from your body."
