Those ingredients would be far too much sugar for me. When you say vegetable juice, I don't think of carrot or beets; and certainly apples and grapes are not vegetables.
Since the liver's job is to filter toxins, it would be good to find organic vegetables as well. It is just that I don't know how long pesticides linger on vegetables, if you can wash them off, or if the pesticides are deep in the tissues of vegetables. I'm not even sure if pesticides are that harmful to us; but, if I were trying to solve a health problem, I would avoid them for psychological benefit (peace of mind). Organic bothers me; because there are numerous parasites that love veggies. Once the liver is healthy, it might not matter.
