Re: subluxated T4 vertebra leads to GB problems...

9 mths ago, I severly injured my back by lifting heavy 'laminate flooring boxes'. I was a having wierd symtoms like fatigue, dizziness and tingling in hands. A good chiro fixed me.

That sparked my interest in this field. But the amount of money involved was just too much. The chiro has taken almost $3000 from me since then.
But my recovery was so miraculous that I was interested in the theory of chiropractics. How the spine can actually be the cause of so many diseases. I started learning the basics of yoga/ pilates/ inversions as these activities are all geared towards increasing the flexibility of spine.

Not only have my back-aches become history, my digestion, bloating is moreless GONE... Thats the reason I am trying to spread the word.

But perhaps 95% of CZs are more interested in flushing their guts than in doing sensible exercise to cure themselves.

I tried LFing. And it did not help. I will not try it again, because I have found a superior method to keep me healthy.

BTW, I have stopped going to my chiropractor. So please dont think I am promoting chiropractic, as it is so expensive. Just because your chiro recommended LFing, it does not make it a sane thing to do.

I beleive in self-help.
