Reducing muscle and joint pain

If you are in a lot of pain due to frozen shoulder, arthritis, muscle spasms, etc., and you know you have at least some associated inflammation, try eliminating beef from your diet. Yes, beef! I have read in several respected publications that sugar, dairy products, foods cooked at high temperatures (deep-fried), and particularly beef, all increase inflammation. I normally eat a fairly healthy diet, but I have always loved beef. I decided to eliminate all beef from my diet for a couple of months. Then I tested this theory by eating a hamburger, and sure enough, I was sore all over for the next few days. A couple months later I tested again, and again I was abnormally sore and achy. This might be more mental than physical...I don't know. But I don't eat any beef any more. Bison (buffalo) is expensive but a good substitute for when you just gotta have a burger.
