okay to take everyday??

I have been taking these pills daily with awesome results

is it okay to keep on taking them everyday or should I do it only every other
day?

no side effects other then some days I feel really aggressive,agitated and really
groggy though I suspect it has more to do with my fluctuating blood Sugar levels
more then anything else only made worse by the pills.
