I remember a report where an experiment was made with aspirin and then followed by cayenne. A tiny fiber camera was sent down to the stomach of someone who took one aspirin. It was noted that the aspirin inflamed the stomach lining. If I remember it correctly, the aspirin damaged the lining. Then they sent the camera back down after the subject took some cayenne. I don't remember any quantities. It showed that the cayenne caused no inflammation at all. It actually showed that the cayenne was healing the stomach lining. It is now believed that cayenne can help the stomach against ulcers.
