Re: Day33, Red alert, need input - time to stop?
Hi Haggai...way to go on 33 days.
Everyone's symtoms and reactions to the cleanse are different...for the most part on a case by case basis, dependant on initial toxidity and fat levels of the individual.
In 33 days it is logical to assume that you have burned off a lot of fat and elimated a lot of toxins. This time period is probably a mile stone for your body as far as taking the cleanse to the next level, I.E., you have burned/cleansed off the amount of fat that your body is going to let you do easily, or maybe you are getting down to the nitty-gritty of some age old toxins that are now being dealt with.
In any case , if you have been following the program, using only the finest ingredients, not skimped as far as having at least 8 lemonades per day and not
over done the exercise routine, then you are safe. Though it is time to really read your body's signs,as it is very very easy to over do it ,especially at this stage. Remember that you are only ingesting , maybe 1000 calories per day. Determine how many calories it takes to swim, walk, sit,etc...really concentrate on downing the lemonade and lots of water to total at least 1/2 your weight in ozs. Flush !!!!
I religiously intake 10-12 full strength lemonades per day and that is a mere 1200 calories...I'm 6"3',225. For me, walking for a half an hour burns 250 calories...just imagine what everyday life can burn. It is so easy to get upside down and weak...to hit the wall.
Rest when needed and even if you feel like a superhero, pull back the reigns and evaluate the situation, hell, have a lemonade whilst you are pondering!
Look back on my and other's past posts and the answers are all there.
