Bentonite Powder Mixtures (Hydration Process)

Hi,

I just bought Bentonite in powder form (although am not sure whether its USP-grade). This is of course my first time using this clay and therefore I still don´t have enough confidence in passing it, internally, throught the system. Going from theory into practice has always been a big step.

I´ve made a facial mask to observe the external effects; and the effects seem promising.

My question is in the hydation process. How can I prepare it from powder form in order to harness Bentonite´s wonderful therapeutical properties?
