EDTA Chelation, Metal Detox

Can anyone point me in the direction of any info on this? Benefits etc. I hear its for heavy metal detox (no, im not a Def Leopard Fan ;) Any other metal deotx's I can do, apart from liver cleanses, bentonite, etc?

I don't need any dental work done to remove Mercury fillings i dont think. I phoned up my dentist who said id only ever had 1 filling and that was a baby tooth.
