My diagnos-tech gi panel results

Last month I took the Diagnos-tech GI panel as recommended by doctor (I had previously taken the metametrix test...which provided results that weren't specific enough).

My results came in earlier this week and are as follows:









While not too familiar with these results, I can clearly see there's a bacterial infection as well as some parasitic concerns. I have my (pricey) interpretation consultation this Monday, and am just checking to see if there's anything on these results that really seems to stand out to anyone or if there's any must-ask questions. Any opinions on treatment / other related anecdotes are most welcome as well.
