having ultrasound, need help fast!

I am scheduled for an ultrasound in a few days and wonder if there's anything I can do without doing a full cleanse to help clean my gallbladder? I did a cleanse about 1 week ago but did not get to do the ES part and don't know if it worked or not. I was diagnosed with Gallstones a year ago and have since done 4 liver/gallbladder cleanse. I am now anxious to see if they worked.
