trichinella

How do you kill encysted trichinella in diaphram?I have done 200+ Liver Cleanses over 5 years.To make any progress requires disolving the cyst covering then killing the trich. with cayenne capsules.When the trich. die they give anthrax bacteria{very painful}.This bacteria goes into the intestine causing sweats,breathing difficulty and abdominal pain.Lugols Iodine in water kills the bacteria but dillutes the cayenne.Does anyone have an insight into this dilemma?
