Natural Progesterone Cream

Hello,

I've purchased Nat. Prog. Cream, but have not yet started to use it. All the wonderful benefits are tempting, but it seems to me my body should be producing it's own progesterone. I'm having second thoughts.

I read an interesting article that cautioned against it:

Does anyone have any thoughts. I'm considering Dr. Schulze Female Balance instead.
