Have you tried the liver forum? Maybe there's an herb that would be more gentle on your liver? I know milk thistle has been proven, even to MDs, to positively affect liver enzymes. Someone else mentioned barberry or burberry root bark also. It's cheap. I thought I'd buy some for my father-in-law who has colitis. I also heard of laying on your back, putting a wet towel over the abdomen, then a heating pad.
You know, Nature Doc told me I have a liver fluke too. He gave me 2 bottles of capsules which I took for a month. I didn't see anything dramatic in the toilet bowl though :-( And I didn't feel different.
