I had insomnia BAD for years and years. The tonic has helped me stay asleep once i GET to sleep. But my insomnia is from anxiety Im pretty sure. im just a nervous person. So as Ive addressed all my emotional junk from when I was a kid, Ive gradually slept better over the years. Now it is more sporatic. Have you addressed emotional issues? Or current stress? I dont think you can beat insomnia with just herbs because emotions and stress are so powerful.
