I sent the MSN tech support desk the following email and gave them your email address that you have in your MSN member file for them to contact you and help you sign in.  Let me know how it goes for you.

I am mpdela, Assitant Manager MSN Body Odor Support Group. One of our active members, mentallystrong0, wrote me this message in another site, "i have a problem getting into our msn group. it said "The connection was reset.
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading blah blah blah..." Do u experience it too?" Would you please reply to him at, [your email address] to help him be able to get into our msn group.
