Re: Is Fibromyalgia a 'real' disease?

Fibromyalgia is very real and many doctors refer to it as a condition in some haze that "maybe" exists and unfortunately, too often a patient is made to feel as if they are making it up or crazy.   This is a terrible injustice.  A person seeking help in any way should not have to go through this emotionally demeaning experience.  Actually, fibromyalgia can be diagnosed by pressing certain points thoughout the body but for some reason doctors will not do this.  Or very few will.  If you come across one that will actually do what they are supposed to do and diagnose you correctly consider yourself immensely lucky.

Luella went through this herself with a doctor telling her "well maybe you have fibromyalgia" but not pressing the points and taking it seriously.  How hard is that to do?  Why are they so reluctant to do such a simple thing?  Well, she, like many others left dejected because even though she felt she was not taken seriously, she knew that she was not feeling well.  Also as a side note, Fibromyalgia has also been linked to the Barr-Epstein virus which she had in the 1980's and also chronic fatigue syndrome.   They all seem to be interrelated.

My take on fibromyalgia is that it is caused by poor diet, free radicals, and stress.

However, although extremely painful and debilitating, it is very possible to be free from this condition.  Three years ago Luella found natural health and in healing from various other conditions, she found herself also healing from fibromyalgia.

Diet is paramount.  Stop the processed foods, sugars, sweeteners, fast foods, sodas, etc.  A natural diet is crucial.  Eat raw as much as you can.  80% raw, 20% cooked, consisting of chicken and fish (not farmed) is a good plan to follow.  Also, colloidal gold works wonderfully for the arthritic pain.

Let me post a link with more fibromyalgia information and remedies.  And I noticed that it gives the specific points to press also.

Fibromyalgia

All in all, during the healing process, try not to fret or to put any demands or expectations on yourself.  Everybody heals at their own pace.  Listen to your body.  If you are tired, rest.  Things will look brighter.

Oops, I posted under the Tony Isaacs profile that I use in the Ask Tony Isaacs Forum.  And I will take this opportunity to invite you to join both Luella and me there.
