MSM and Colonix

Hey, I'm getting ready to start doing a two month Colon Cleanse with colonix. Is it okay to take with MSM? I originally started on the MSM for several reasons. Joints, Nail growth, and I've heard that it does something to your intestines so parisites can't hold on.? I've been taking it a month and love it. I also take biotin, and vit.
