Well my experiences arent really that long , only since maybe last October I've been taking it on and off. Start off at 1000mg a day for a week, then slowly work your way up by 500mg per week after. Right now I only take 4000mg a spready out over the course of the day with my meals. IF you start to feel a headache or cold/flu coming on your detoxing to rapidly all at once and need to lower or cut the dosage in half until you can tolerate more. Slowly working your way up is the key until your desired results are achieved.
