remember any store bought packeaged food is a problem. Here is a great recipe: shred one zuchinni, one carrot 1/2 potato, 1 small onion, 1 oz of goat cheese, one egg white added in with some salt and pepper. Mix well and fry in a dry pan or with a little olive oil. Some people add in a 1/4 cup of non gluten type flour but I like it alone.
Try to go for homemade. I have millions of recipes.
Ok now if you don't want to eat bread, put the veggie burger on the plate and make a big salad of reds, such as red pepper, red onion, red tomatoe, cilantro, salt and pepper and some lemon and oil.
or make a dip of yogurt mixed with fennel seeds and cucumbers. Really delicious
