left arm tingling

Hi,

A friend and I started on the standard parasite herbs while oj fasting and my friends (55 yeard old woman) left arm has been tingling off and on for that past 5 days. She is in excellent health (raw vegan diet, yoga, etc.) so I don't think its the "heart attack" theory that is associated with left arm tingling. Any thoughts/suggestions? Possibly a circulatory conflict or pink nerve? Thanks
