Re: Help sinus pain
I have no medical training, but let's forget for a moment about those who do, all their training seems to distract them from common sense and a cure, they're just happy to make money off of you. I would think that it's likely that you have either an undetected dental problem or an inner ear problem, but that is just a guess. If you have mercury dental fillings (amalgams), the mercury being released would cause problems in your whole body (general ill health), but if you're in good health, you may not be very sensitive because you eat well and get enough nutrients from your food (different people have different sensitivity), but it would still be likely to cause sinus irritation. In that case, SAFE and CERTIFIED removal of the
Amalgams would be best. In this economic climate, it might be extremely difficult to find a certified dentist that is also honest and reliable. Learn about CHELATION.
If the problem is not
Amalgam fillings, it could be GINGIVITUS, gum disease, or some other dental problem.
Do you sleep on your side? If you sleep on your ear or have a boil (furuncle), that might be a cause of pain during the day.
My grandmother used to live right next to the NJ Turnpike (10 feet away), so it was always windy and cold in her house. She had her house insulated because it was always cold. After a few years, it was still cold inside the house and she decided to have it DOUBLE insulated. She started getting constant headaches and she went to doctors for about a year and a half before she found a doctor that used common sense to tell her what was wrong. Even though she had room ventilation all throughout the house, she was always breathing recirculated STALE air that was deficient in oxygen (no fresh air at all). That was the reason for her headaches, but I don't remember if she ever had any neck pain.
The thyroid gland is in the neck, but if the thyroid was experiencing any problem, I don't know that there would be any pain in the neck.
Do you wear any helmets or carry anything heavy in a pack or shoulder bag? Do you periodically put any stress on the bones around the head or neck?
Aspertame could be causing a problem,
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) could also cause a problem. Aspertame is a poison to the body (different people are effected differently) and has even been known to cause heart palpitations (death).
A GOOD chiropractor (GOOD chiropractor) might be able to adjust any bones that need alignment, but for now, it doesn't sound like a bone deformation, it might just be better to lay off the medication (the medication itself might be the problem, NO EXAGGERRATION) and make a habit out of getting fresh air (I think there's a forum here for breathing exercises).

There's many things that can go wrong with the sinus because it connects the ears and eyes, mouth and nose.
